Leafora exists to offer a better starting point by helping people make simple swaps in their home, kitchen, bathroom, and garden without making sustainable living feel overwhelming. We believe one better choice is still a better choice.

What Makes a Product “Better”?

A product may be selected for Leafora if it meets one or more of the following:

• Replaces a disposable product or can be reused many times.
• Is made from renewable materials (bamboo, wood, cotton) or recyclable materials (glass, stainless steel, paper).
• Is biodegradable or compostable under the right conditions.
• Helps reduce plastic waste and is practical for everyday use.

To provide clarity, every product page shows an Environmental Impact Score out of 10. It breaks down how the product rates on material choice, reusability, durability, recyclability and biodegradability — so you can see its strengths and its limitations.

• 9–10/10: Excellent better choice – Strong sustainability benefits across multiple areas.
• 7–8/10: Strong better choice – Clear benefits, though perhaps not perfect in every area.
• 5–6/10: Better than the common alternative – Clear reasons for inclusion despite some limitations.

We are a curated store, sourcing from various suppliers to offer a wide range of eco-conscious goods. This means products may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Leafora is an Australian-owned online store that brings together practical, eco-conscious everyday products in one place.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery within Australia usually takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. International delivery times vary by country and an estimate is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?
Within Australia, standard shipping is $10 and express is $15. International shipping is $20. Orders of $150 or more ship free. You'll always see the final cost at checkout before you pay.

Can I return something?
Yes — most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Faulty or damaged items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy.

Are Leafora products plastic-free?
Not all of them. We believe a long-lasting reusable product (even if it contains plastic or silicone) can sometimes be a better choice than a fragile natural product that is quickly discarded. Where a product contains plastic, we say so.

Where do products ship from?
Because we source from different suppliers to offer a wider variety, products may ship from various locations. This is why items in the same order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

How do you choose products?
We look for items that are practical, useful, and offer a clear sustainability benefit, such as being reusable, lower-waste, or made from renewable materials.

Is buying from Leafora better than buying nothing?
The most sustainable option is often to use what you already have. We believe in buying thoughtfully—not more than you need—and choosing better alternatives when you do need something.
